To design and certify the construction of new buildings; plus, the additions, alterations, and refurbishment of existing buildings. We will advise on the project's parameters, prepare concept plans, design the structure and services together with other consultants, document the municipal approvals, prepare tender packages and award contracts, administer the building agreements, and certify the completion.
Our full services follow the natural chronology of a construction project. We can also be appointed for partial services up until Building Plan approval; or take over the services from another designer. Our clients are never locked in and are always able to terminate our appointment at any time.
We provide services in incremental stages and charge a portion of the overall fee after completing the tasks in each stage, usually as follows:
